I wanted to support a small development team, so in order to give it a try, I have played 3 seasons in the US university league but stopped playing anymore. I would describe this as a bad imitation of Football Manager or OOTP series in NBA version.

Pro
+ ambitious challenge in a new field of simulation genre.

Cons
- has little depth. boring as a simulation game. I ended up skipping matches even in the middle of the 1st year.
- unstable. not only causes crashes while playing the game, but also, when I press PLAY button in Steam after crashes, it pops up a message saying something like 'failed to launch the game. If it persists, restart steam', which is really messy.
- unfriendly UI. needs refine.

I feel sorry considering the size of the dev team but I don't recommend this game. I regret playing too long that I can't get a refund.
